Job Description:
EPCIC is seeking Project Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, designing, and executing industrial construction projects, ensuring they meet specifications, standards, and deadlines. Your expertise will contribute directly to EPCIC’s mission of delivering outstanding integrated solutions to our clients.

General Information:
Experience Required: 3 to 10 years;
Number of Positions: 6 Engineers;
Expertise: University graduates majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Environmental Technology;

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term commitment;
Locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and on-site supervision across various provinces in Vietnam (approx. 80% on-site, 20% office-based);
Reporting to: Director.

Job Responsibilities:
You will receive training and guidance to take part in full or partial phases of the Project Life Cycle, including but not limited to:
Team management when assigned as Team Leader or Project Manager;
Site survey at factories (training provided if inexperienced);
Technical drawings for different project stages (training provided if needed);
Quantity take-off and cost estimation (training provided if needed);
Proposing procurement of materials/equipment for the project (training provided if needed);
On-site supervision during installation and construction (training provided if needed);
Collaborating with safety supervisors to ensure absolute safety on site (Safety is Non-Negotiable);
Overall project schedule management across departments (training provided if needed);
Weekly internal and client reporting (training provided if needed);
Project acceptance and handover to the client (training provided if needed);

Income and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on capabilities, with no salary cap. Annual income ranges from 14 to 20 months' salary. Always paid fully and on time.
Project Allowance: Within 35 km: 100,000 VND/day; From 35 km to 950 km: 150,000 VND/day; Over 950 km: 180,000 VND/day; Travel ticket support for distant provinces over 150 km. Projects lasting over 2 months: staff are supported to visit family every 2 months, with travel expenses covered. Accommodation provided at project sites for all staff.

Benefits: Annual leave, health insurance, annual general health check package; Training costs, team building, EPCIC Family Day, Tet holiday travel support.

Holiday bonuses: New Year: 500,000 VND/person/year; Lunar New Year: 500,000 VND/person/year;
Victory Day: 500,000 VND/person/year; Labor Day: 500,000 VND/person/year; National Day: 1,000,000 VND/person/year; Children’s Day (for children up to grade 9): 300,000 VND/child/year; International Women’s Day (March 8): 300,000 VND/female staff/year; Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20): 300,000 VND/female staff/year; Legal marriage: 3,000,000 VND/person/event; Funerals (parents, spouse): 1,000,000 VND/person/event; Hospitalization: 1,000,000 VND/person/event; Tet gifts: 1,000,000 VND/person/year.
Leave days: According to labor law + Family Day, Company Trip, Crazy Summer. Each year with the company adds 1 extra day of paid leave. Maximum 20 leave days/year.
