EPCIC is seeking Project Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning, designing, and executing industrial construction projects, ensuring they meet specifications, standards, and deadlines. Your expertise will contribute directly to EPCIC’s mission of delivering outstanding integrated solutions to our clients. Expertise: University graduates majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Automation Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Environmental Technology

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term commitment
Locations: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and on-site supervision across various provinces in Vietnam (approx. 80% on-site, 20% office-based)
Reporting to: Director
Job Responsibilities:
You will receive training and guidance to take part in full or partial phases of the Project Life Cycle, including but not limited to:
Team management when assigned as Team Leader or Project Manager
Site survey at factories (training provided if inexperienced)
Technical drawings for different project stages (training provided if needed)
Quantity take-off and cost estimation (training provided if needed)
Proposing procurement of materials/equipment for the project (training provided if needed)
On-site supervision during installation and construction (training provided if needed)
Collaborating with safety supervisors to ensure absolute safety on site (Safety is Non-Negotiable)
Overall project schedule management across departments (training provided if needed)
Weekly internal and client reporting (training provided if needed)
Project acceptance and handover to the client (training provided if needed)

Income and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on capabilities, with no salary cap. Annual income ranges from 14 to 20 months' salary. Always paid fully and on time.
Project Allowance:
Within 35 km: 100,000 VND/day
From 35 km to 950 km: 150,000 VND/day
Over 950 km: 180,000 VND/day
Travel ticket support for distant provinces over 150 km.
