Income and Benefits:
• Salary: The company does not owe salaries; payments are made on time and in full. Candidates can propose and negotiate based on their abilities; the company has no salary limit; bonuses are based on project performance, with income ranging from 14 to 20 months' salary per year;
• Site allowance when working on projects: depending on location and job position as follows: Within a 35km radius: 100,000-150,000 VND/day; Within a distance of 35km to 950km: 150,000-200,000 VND/day; Over a radius of 950km: 180,000-250,000 VND/day. For provinces further than 150km, travel expenses for project work are subsidized;
• New Year's Day: 500,000 VND/person/year; Lunar New Year: 500,000 VND/person/year; Victory Day: 500,000 VND/person/year; International Labor Day: 500,000 VND/person/year; National Day: 1,000,000 VND/person/year; International Children's Day (June 1st) (children up to grade 9): 300,000 VND/each biological child/year; International Women's Day (March 8th): 300,000 VND/each female employee/year; Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20th): 300,000 VND/each female employee/year; Employee's (legally) wedding: 3,000,000 VND/person/time; Funeral of parents or spouse: 1,000,000 VND/person/time; Visiting hospitalized patients: 1,000,000 VND/person/time; Tet (Lunar New Year) Gift: 1,000,000 VND/person/time;
• For projects with a progress of over 2 months, the company will arrange for employees to visit their families once every 2 months, and the company will reimburse travel expenses;
• Reimbursement of travel/business trip expenses when surveying or working at factories;
• Additional training in specialized software (Revit, MS, project management, etc.) if employees deem it necessary and interesting (not mandatory);
• Opportunity to participate in factory projects nationwide and develop into project management positions;

Job Description:
• Supervise construction and installation at the project site during implementation;
• Work with the safety supervisor to ensure absolute safety at the construction site (Safety is Non-Compromise);
Comprehensive training and development opportunities are provided for employees in the following areas:
• Participate in site surveys at factories;
• Draw technical drawings for each stage of the project;
• Quantity surveying and cost estimation.

Job Requirements:
• Honesty, discipline, and decisiveness;
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal communication skills;
• University graduate in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Thermal Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Engineering or related Fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; employees will be trained and given opportunities to learn Revit if they are unfamiliar with the software;
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project is an advantage;
• The company will recruit and train candidates who are skilled in supervision but lack design and quantity surveying skills;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills will be considered for early promotion to management positions;
• Excellent organizational skills and quick thinking;
• Working hours at the office: 44 hours/week, Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (work from home); Working hours at the construction site: 48 hours/week, Monday-Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
• Probation period: 2 months (May be reduced to 2 weeks if the employee performs well).
